LIFE GROUPS

9:15 and 10:45 AM

Annual Church Conference

Join us for our Annual Church Conference on Sunday, March 22, following the second service. We will gather in the Student Worship Center to present the proposed 2026–2027 budget and vote on the nominated Executive Committee members.

While church business meetings may not be known for their thrill and suspense, they are an important part of caring well for our church family. Your presence helps ensure transparency, stewardship, and unity as we look ahead to the year to come.

Good Friday Experience

Friday, April 3 | 3:00-8:00 PM, Come and Go

On Good Friday, you are invited to take part in a self-guided, immersive walk-through experience that leads participants through the final hours of Jesus’ life—from the Garden of Gethsemane to the cross and the tomb. Through a series of reflective stations, scripture readings, and hands-on elements, this experience invites quiet contemplation of Christ’s suffering, sacrifice, and love.

Each station is designed to engage the senses and create space for prayer, reflection, and response. Participants may move through the journey at their own pace, allowing time to linger, pray, and reflect personally. This experience is appropriate for all ages, free and open to the community, and offers a meaningful way to remember the depth of His sacrifice as we prepare our hearts for Easter.

Hope. Fresh starts. A place to belong.

Easter reminds us that trouble doesn’t get the final word. Fear doesn’t win. Hope is stronger than hardship.

We’d love for you to join us at First McKinney this Easter for uplifting worship and an encouraging message that speaks to real life. Whether church feels familiar or brand new, there’s a place for you here. Come celebrate with us!

ASL interpretation provided at 11:30 AM service.
Kids Ministry available for Birth-PreK, except 7:00 AM service.

Life Groups will not meet.
This includes adults, students (6th-12th grade), and elementary kids (Kinder-5th grade).

Serve One, Attend One

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

We're praying for many to take a next step toward following Jesus this Easter.
We need your help to make it happen! You can serve as a greeter, an usher, or on the traffic team for the day.

If you’ve ever thought about loving your neighbors in a tangible way, this is it!

Backyard Bible Clubs are a fun, simple way to bring the hope of Jesus right into our neighborhoods this summer. Hosted in homes across McKinney and surrounding communities, these clubs create a welcoming space where kids can sing, play games, hear engaging Bible stories, and build friendships.
Our heart is to equip families to love their neighbors well by opening their backyards as places of joy, connection, and truth.
Ready to open your home? Sign up to host here:
Be a key part of Backyard Bible Club this year as we reach McKinney and the surrounding areas with the Good News of JESUS!

Interested in Baptism?

Join us for Baptism Sunday as we celebrate people taking an important step in their faith. Baptism is an act of obedience and a public declaration of trust in Jesus, symbolizing the new life He gives through His death and resurrection. It is always a meaningful moment as we celebrate together the life change and hope found in Christ.
