HEALING FROM DIVORCE IS NOT EASY

Divorce Care

Wednesdays (6:30 - 7:45 PM)

DivorceCare is a caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. This group meets weekly to help you face the challenges of divorce and move toward rebuilding your life. Each session has a video semi- nar featuring top experts in the area of divorce and a time of group discussion.
DivorceCare support groups are led by people who under- stand how you feel and have a real concern for individuals who are experiencing separation and divorce. Many DivorceCare leaders have been through divorce themselves and are examples of the healing and restoration that can occur after the breakup of a marriage.
  • Find people who understand your hurts, emotions, and painful experiences.
  • Learn practical information that will help you recover from your separation or divorce.
  • Share your experiences with a group that listens. Receive a workbook for personal study and reflection.
  • Become part of a “family.”
  • Discover hope for the future.

Beacon of Hope has been meeting at First McKinney for 22+ years. We support cancer survivors with fellowship and friendship.
